The faking of head injuries is becoming a real blight on the game. So cynical. Granted this did hit his head but he clearly wasn’t hurt in the slightest. Players keep doing it knowing the ref has to stop the game. I’d like to see VAR look at them as they happen and if there’s no contact a booking or a sending off for the player. In fact they should do this with all forms of simulation. It doesn’t take long to check if a player has dived or faked something.
